SERVICES OFFERED:

In all the work I do I take an organic approach to get to know you and what your needs and desires are for change. I take a wholistic approach to therapy using and adapting various theories of psychotherapy and energy work. I offer Individual Psychotherapy

or Family Therapy integrating various modalities such as Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed, Humanistic, Psychoanalytic, and Anti-Oppression. I may integrate interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as tapping, mindfulness and guided meditation, and somatic processing. Outside of psychotherapy I offer energy therapy sessions in the form of Reiki. I invite you to explore more about the type of therapies I offer and am happy to set up a phone consultation with you to see if we would be a great fit.

I co-host a workshop, with Deborah King, a veteran trauma informed yoga instructor, called Re-Growing Our Wings: Yoga for Healing Trauma. In this workshop, I share psycho-education on the physiology of trauma and how trauma changes our perceptions of reality. Deborah guides you through a trauma informed practice focused on grounding, orienting, boundaries, and breath work that may help you regain your sense of being when triggered.
