In all the work I do I take an organic approach to get to know you and what your needs and desires are for change. I take a wholistic approach to therapy using and adapting various theories of psychotherapy and energy work. I offer Individual Psychotherapy

integrating modalities such as Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed, Humanistic, Psychoanalytic, and Anti-Oppression. I may integrate interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as tapping, mindfulness and guided meditation, and somatic processing. Outside of psychotherapy I offer energy therapy sessions in the form of Reiki. I invite you to explore more about the type of therapies I offer.
