Payment is due at time of service. If you have insurance from another company, I am happy to supply you with a superbill that includes coding details that your insurance company would need to process your claim. Insurance plans vary in terms of how much they will reimburse, if at all for an out of network provider. Check with your insurance provider about their offerings.
